I took the math placement test twice already..and I ended up being placed in the ELEM Algebra course(lowest level) I really want to take my prerequisites for Dental Hygiene..but the math course is what's holding me back. I have to take FOUR quarters to catch up. Until then..I can only take the courses that require college level ENG. Which isn't very many, because the vast majority of them require college level math.

If I study hard...Is it possible to re-take it next semester--in hope of being placed in a higher course?
even after I took it twice

Ask, but I imagine you can. But you should pay for a tutor to prep you this time. It will be cheaper than a couple of terms worth of tuition.
