My favorite (and only) baseball cap - originally black - accidentally fell in a huge bucket of bleach in my bathroom, and now the entire thing is light brown. it has yellow stitching so i don't want to dye it back if black dye will discolor the stitching (unless there is some way to get the dye around the stitching without looking unnatural or anything). it doesn't look terrible in brown, so i could always leave it alone if nothing can be done to return the original color easily.
