I am hearing impaired, and w.o my hearing aids i hear nothing.I also have tinnitus.I was recently sent to the audiologist to have me tested to send the findings to disability.Now I am worried after reading everything about it, that I may not qualify.I make 950 a month....My hearing has gotten a bit worse, btw.I also cannot put my left hearing aid in bc for some reason I feel like im going to pss out and get super dizzy everytime I put it in...but...anyways...do you think I would qualify?Please let me know,,,,

Go and apply and see and they usually deny the first claim. then reapply. www.ssa.gov get as much medical info together and submit it that way first. ti can speed up the process. good luck. i am sorry about your hearing loss.

well I am in the process of "maybe"getting disability.the sent me to an audiologist...and they tested me, then they sent the test to disability(this was last week)....I was born with moderate to severe hearing loss, so I gave them 24 years worth of medical papers lol, so hopefully its "enough".....

Good for you. Many people never realize the claims do not get processed because drs never sent them records. Good luck I am your are okayed foir benefits.
