I would try to cook pumpkin soup which I have never tried before. But after searching the pumpkin recipe, it seems that it is required to put the fry the pumpkin on pan, then put the cooked pumpkin into the blender and recook it again on pan. I just wondering if it is possible to just blend the pumpkin and then cook it on pan. May I know what' s the differences..? Is it less tasty?
Can I put the pumpkin into blender before I cook it on pan?
