Can I put my 3-way house speaker into my car? 95 Buick.?

I have 3 rear speakers that are accessible through the trunk that are both 10 ohms each. I have a 3 way speaker that has a 12 inch sub on it in my house and I want to put in into my car. I don't want to ruin anything, cause any fires, or etc. Can someone guide me in the right direction?
 
Unless the speakers have a built-in amplifier, the power supply voltage doesn't matter. If you can fit it in your car, it should work.
