Can I put fluent in french on my college resume if I have not taken any french classes?

I plan on learning it all through Rosseta Stone, and I am currently learning Spanish in school. I plan on being fluent but can I put it there even if it was not a part of my high school curriculum?
 
As long as its not your first language and you can speek it fluently WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR RESUME then it should be fine.

The more you can pad your resume the better. (dont lie though)
