Can I put an Optus sim in a Nokia E63 that's locked to the Virgin mobile network?

I like this phone and its features, my work said that if i bout the phone (from virgin for $199) they would pay for all the calls, texts, etc... as long as i used my existing optus sim that they have supplied with the phones we already have.

i read online that Virgin uses the Optus network and it should work but i just want to make sure that it works with this exact model...

is this possible?
