the new hair growing in is coming in too brassy each time i dye my hair compared to the color of my bleach blonde highlights. I don't want to use bleach again because of the damage it causes so i was wondering how a HL tint would work as i've never used one. How does it differ from a level 9 or 10 in how it can lighten my hair? could I use it with a 30 vol developer and still have it ligthen more than a level 9 or 10? and most importantly, what kind of effect will it have on my bleached blonde highlights? Thanks so much for your help. Any input helps.
