Can I put a bala shark and a upside-down catfish with 2 goldfish and a sucker fish?

No. You're looking at tropicals versus coldwater goldfish. You don't mention the species of sucker fish and although some are coldwater, I don't recommend placing them with goldfish.
You also don't mention the tank size, so there's really no way anyone can answer this.

As stated above, goldfish are indeed cold water fish and do not thrive with heaters whereas all of those other fish are tropical fish and therefore do not thrive without one.

A bala shark would go nicely with an upside down catfish and a "sucker fish", but bala's need to be in groups of six. They also grow to be large sizes when properly cared for.

Do some research, maybe.

Goldfish are coldwater fish. Goldfish grow up to 12 inches. So do balas. Balas are also schooling, and need a group of at least 6. 6 balas alone will need a 150+ gallon tank.

Since Im gonna assume you dont have a tank anywhere near that... No.
