No! First of all, you should know how to take care of an animal and have all of the supplies set up BEFORE you get the animal. Any monkey with half a brain could figure that out. Second, snappers are not fully aquatic and they should have their own set up that is specifically designed for them. Third, snappers get HUGE. No store bought tank is going to be able to house one. Fourth, snappers are aggressive turtles and are not for beginners, which obviously you are. And finally, it is not a great idea to house fish and turtles together anyways. They require different care. For example, in addition to an insanely large enclosure, you will also need heat and uv lighting for the turtle. Turtles also require MUCH heavier filtration than fish. Please do some research if you insist on keeping a snapping turtle as a pet.
