Can I pursue a career in Psychology with an undergraduate degree in Anatomy & Human

Biology? I can't afford to switch to an undergrad in Psychology so I am finishing my degree in anatomy and human biology. I have only done 1 x 15 credit module in Psychology for this degree. Is there anyway I can get on the Psychology career path besides quitting my current undergrad degree in favour of a Psychology one?
