Can i plug any other webcam to use with my Panasonic Viera Cast - Skype?

I just get an Panasonic BlueRay player with viera cast. But i want to know if i can plug in to it a regular plug and play webcam and a USB wireless keyboard to use skype, or i Need to get the panasonic ones?
