...court case? can i please get a brief layout of the facts about the Ricci v. DeStefano supreme court case?
 
To the flags guy, and some whites have cheated their way through life all their life. And some just got jobs because they were white. And some blacks got their jobs because they WERE qualified. And many blacks were shut out of jobs for decades just because of their COLOR. You can't do that anymore, it's illegal.
 
TJ is correct. C3PO seems to think that if someone's grandfather suffered an indignity due to his race, his grandson should be compensated. The Court ruled none of that matters. If there is an exam, the person who does best on said exam is supposed to get the promotion, period. Thankfully, it slammed a nail into the coffin of the ridiculous "disparate impact" test.
