can i play games on windows office xp small business version 2002?

hi i hae vista but i want to play games (gta iv) but i only have 1 gb ram and i need 1.5gb(for xp its is 1gb ram). so i found a cd that says windows office xp small business version 2002.can i play games on windows office xp small business version 2002????????plz answer quick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!plz help!!!!!!!!!
