Can i play crysis and gears of war 2 with my system specs below.?

Here are my specs:

Amd sempron 2800+ 2.08Ghz
Windows vista premium
8600GT ( with DX10)
2 GB ram

I want to play these games at like 25 fps minimum with med settings and without much lag, can i play these games decently and i don’t run any other programs or services in the background while playing this game as i don’t have a dual core processors.
