i was born in England but moved to Hong Kong when i was 3 till now. So i hold a british passport. Im thinking to go back to England for study in university. So can i pay for the local fee in university? if the answer is no, then what should i do to pay for the local fee? i have heard that i should pay the UK taxes for 3 years then i can pay for the local fee. is that true?
