ok i live in orlando florida and my friend lives in milwaukee wisconsin. She needs me to pay her cell phone bill from down here but im not sure if i can do it. I have us cellular also and every time i go and pay my bill they have me show my i.d. would they do the same if i try to pay hers PLEASE ANSWER ASAP Thank You
