can i outtput my tv video to my pc monitor to have two screens to watch?

I have a flat screen tv that's a year old and a year old flat screen monitor, was wondering if I could hook the two up in any way?, I don't have a video output on the tv and only inputs but I was wondering if there is a cord I can buy? My tv is a 26inch sanyo tv (dp26649)
 
If you have a cable box or a video recorder you might be able to use their outputs, or you could get a tv adapter for your pc.
