Some of my friends have told me that I can go to a Fido store and negoetiate with the employees there for a better deal on a phone. Is that true?
Basically....
Fido is selling the 16GB iPhone 4S for $159 on a 3 year Fido agreement (says that I need a $25/month plan and a $25/month data add-on in order to get it for $159). Fido has a $10/month data add-on, so can I go to a Fido store and say I want the 16GB iPhone 4S for $159 and a $35/month plan ($25/month plan w/ $10/month data add-on) or are Fido's prices (and all the other cell phone providers) firm?

I have Wi-Fi almost 24/7 where I'm at.....I have pretty much no need for a data plan.
