Can I negotiate Honda car options?

I'm planning to buy a new honda. I looked on the Honda website and priced some options such as wheel locks. However, when I go on the websites of 3rd party Honda accessory dealers, the same options are sold for at least $50 cheaper. Why is this and do you think I can talk the Honda dealer down and show him the discount prices I found? Or should I just order my options separately and save money that way?
 
Show him first they will probably get you a deal, it cant hurt, besides the dealer probably just wants to make a deal.
