Can i mate a phodopus campbelli with an albino (both dwarf hamsters)?

the male is a phodopus campbell (russian dwarf) and female is an albino. the male is 3 months and the female is 5 months (has has pups before about 2 months ago). the male is VERY interested in her but she squeeks and scratches him if she gets the chance. will she always be like this or will she change towards him?
shes the same as him sept albino
 
The question is incomplete, what kind of albino dwarf hamster? Russian, roborovski, chinese, campbells?
Depending on the hamster, they will mate. Dwarf hamsters can mate with each other, but they are more likely to be friendly with each other if they are both the same species, like two roborovskis or two chinese.

She also may not like that particular male, I say give them some playtime in a neutral area, like a bathtub, and see what happens.
