Can I make a salary from fundraising money if I start a non profit business?

Two questions, can I earn a salary from my non profit funds and can my wife and I serve as all board members from our business?
 
You really need to go through an accountant. Do not do this yourself. You may get audited if you do. Something you would regret. You can earn a salary. The accountant will advise you regarding the board members. I looked into doing this years ago. Good luck.
