Can I major in percussion and wind instruments?

My main instrument is the saxophone, but I absolutely love percussion instruments. The problem is I can only play only sax in high school. In college can I major in percussion along with wind instruments? I love playing snare and tenors on the side with sax, and would love to learn mallet instruments and timpani etc.
