Yes. I don't know how i would get him to move forward cause they are not flight animals. :) No rude comments please. Thanks.
 
Have a treat in your hand with him sitting beside you and when you move forward tell him to "heel" and he should follow the treat. (is that what you mean.??)

No, you can not ride your dog and if you did, you would seriously injure him.....just don't do it.
