I'm in college and also work full time so my time to exercise is limited, plus the hours that my college offers the fitness room. To do the math I'd be able to exercise on an exercise bike 2hr Monday,1hr Tuesday , 1hr Friday. The days I did not list I am extremely limited and could fit in crunches and push-ups w/ no cardio. My question is: will I lose weight if I use the exercise bike for the three days listed or is it not worthwhile and give up? I'm 21, 5'6 and 158
