I eat very well but I want to lose weight, can I eat cous cous once a week and still lose weight? Is it that bad?
I only eat eggs, fruit, nuts, vegetables, poultry, red meat, and fish and more, nothing processed.
I'm a 13 year old girl and barely have time to exercise, i try to walk and do situps but I have to cook dinner, get up at 5 etc. So i'd need to be on more of a low carb diet, I weigh 60 kilos, (132 pounds)
I went on the atkins once and lost 4 kilos, then gained two after a weekend binge
What are the benefits of cous cous, is it just as bad as white bread?
