Just wondering. Bad break on my right leg, doing physical therapy now. I still cant go walking really, or exercise much other then my upper body. Is it possible to lose body fat from restricting calories alone? I've lost 7 pounds so far but I don't know if its water weight, muscle, or really fat. I'm eating 1000-1500 calories a day, usually around 1100 (so low since I'm not getting much physical activity).
