i'm desperate! i have very low self esteem, im 14 years old and i started dieting when i was 13 years old that time i was kind of fat, i was 165cm tall and weighed 64 kg!!!! and some people made fun of me and said i weigh 100 kg! i was so sad, then i decide to lose weight, i went to the gym to workout and got a personal trainer, i ate healthier and exercised and lost about 9 kg so now im 55kg but i still thinks im too fat! but i just don't seem to want to exercise now! i;m also going to use the shaklee cinch diet plan, so i want to be 45-47kg so can i reach my goal with diet alone? any tips and advice is welcomed thanks!
