can i lose 10-20 lbs with no exercise?

i'm desperate! i have very low self esteem, im 14 years old and i started dieting when i was 13 years old that time i was kind of fat, i was 165cm tall and weighed 64 kg!!!! and some people made fun of me and said i weigh 100 kg! i was so sad, then i decide to lose weight, i went to the gym to workout and got a personal trainer, i ate healthier and exercised and lost about 9 kg so now im 55kg but i still thinks im too fat! but i just don't seem to want to exercise now! i;m also going to use the shaklee cinch diet plan, so i want to be 45-47kg so can i reach my goal with diet alone? any tips and advice is welcomed thanks!
 
It's weird, but if you 'force' yourself to exercise (just do it attitude) then you will end up enjoying it! It depends if you're the team sport/running alone type of person.

Anyway, without exercise? Of course it's possible! It just means you have to eat less than the amount of energy you expend. Maybe eat around 1200-1300 calories? You'll still eat enough for adequate energy but it'll be less than what you need so you might see the difference.

Also make sure it's not water weight... drink at least 1.5L of water a day, you'll lose water weight (body won't hold onto it if you give it enough water), your metabolism will speed up, your skin will look AH-MAZING, you'll be energised...etc. So many good reasons to drink heaps of water!

Good luck. You're already at a healthy weight anyway, it's good you've set a goal. Stop when you reach it :)
 
If you don't exercise then the amount of calories you take in will only take you so far, you really do need to exercise. Plus if you make a go of it now it will help you conrol your weight with more ease throughout the rest of your life.
 
I would suggest staying where you are. You are not fat!! But, if you insist on losing weight. I would suggest to keep on dieting and exercising. If you just eat lower calorie foods, you will lose weight. But have no muscle tone and therefore, still look fat!
