Can I load an image from another site in a flash file?

Well, I wanna load this image from another site into the flash document without actually downloading it and putting it in the same folder as the flash document. Basically, loading it externally is the correct vocab I think.
Is there a way to do this? If you don't understand what I'm talking about, sorry, dunno another way to explain it.
