Can I legally make my husband pay for my lawyer in the divorce if he cheated on me?

I have only a little proof that he cheated on me nothing major like pictures of him and his girl kissing but I know for sure he cheated. Is there any way to use this as a way to make him pay for my lawyer also? Is there any incentive in using this information? If so, what would I need to prove that he cheated? We've been married for only two years. He's in the army and is currently stationed in Iraq
I have pictures of them together. They're hugging in one and she's sitting on him in the other, but nothing like they're actually kissing. I also have messages indicating their relationship.
I'm in Texas

Divorces take place in courts of "equity," and the judges are basically able to do pretty much anything they want to come to a result they think is "fair."

Each State has its own statutory guidelines, but if the judge really feels like it, he can usually depart from those to get the result they feel is "fair."

So, the answer is, the judge can stick either side with the other's attorney fees, regardless of infidelity or lack thereof.

So, your answer is "probably," but you do need to ask for that, and probably justify it.
