A liquor store wants to advertise in my newspaper.... my city has been dry for years until a resent controversial change.... I have been totally against this, from the start and do not condone it. I'm just wondering if I can be sued for not allowing a this company the opportunity to advertise in my paper....
Can I legally deny a business the ability to advertise in my newspaper?
