can i leave my battery on charge after its full. (bicycle battery)?

if the answer to the above question is yes.

i know that if you leave the battery dead for a long time it will never take charge again. but if i leave it full for too long could that cause it a problem too?

if i cant leave the battey fully charged or empty for too long. what about unpluging it until it dis-charges itself (without riding it) then putting it back on charge.

will the motor have any problems from not being used in too long?
 
this isnt really cycling, its more electricity wise, i knoe some stuff, but wont be able to help you completely.

i did in fact not charge a couple of batteries for 1.5 years, then they didnt charge up, i think its also bad to leave it charged for a long time, expecially seeing you'll have a large electricity bill...

the motor wont be affected whatsoever.

what you can do is sell them, and get new ones when you want to use the e-bike again
