aid because of a dropped GPA? I was placed on Learning Support dismissal/ Academic dismissal for not passing a Math exit exam and for not making satisfactory academic progress due to domestic issues. I wrote an appeal to financial aid and It was denied, forcing me to pay out of pocket, which I wasn't able to do. Because I couldn't pay for school I am sitting out a second semester. As you can see, I am fed up! I have never taken the SAT or ACT and I was wondering if I could sign up for it and enroll in a University. I don't have enough credits to transfer from my community college, so can I just start over or would I have to finish at the community college first? And also, do I have to write another Financial aid appeal if I am accepted into a new university? I don't have the funds to pay for school out of pocket and I'm on the brink of joining the military, just for the assistance and not because of an act of patriotism.
