Can I learn buisness?

I want to go to an art college. Art is my passion, manga and multi-media mainly, and there's no second thought about it. But I'm not the kind of person that likes to take orders and be a subordinate. I want to create my own buisness of manga art because I love the stories and art and maybe multi-media to sell my paintings and not waste my talent only on drawing and sketching , however I don't really plan on taking a buisness college course. Can I learn the CEO buisness on my own? Of course with the help of jobs and people that can help me. Can I do it that way or would it be best to take a college course?
 
Make art your major and business your minor. There is alot of stuff classes can teach you that can not be learned. I found out the hard way.
