Can i keep Red blood parrot fish in my outdoor goldfish pond?

i have 20 gallon tank where i use to have 2 red blood parrot fish. and i have outdoor pond also which is 8 foot by 6 foot and height 3 foot. now i don't have any fish in that pond beside one succker mouth fish. i am think to put my red blood parrot fish in that pond. my pond water is all rain water and its greeny. will my parrot fish survive in that pond and grow huge like goldfish does?
