basically i have a phone that works really good but my mom got me my replacement phone thats like brand new. she says i have to return my old one or else they'll charge her for the new one. its been about a month because i keep forgetting to switch it out and they haven't done anything. i was just wondering if i could keep both without getting charged or anything. i know its not what your supposed to do but i need money so i would just sell one of them. please help!
