I want to work at my local Starbucks or department store. I'm 16 years old, have zero work experience but am very determined and have great organizational skills. How do I get hired? Do I like just walk in- of course at a time of day when it's not crazy busy- and ask if they're hiring? Or do I ask for a job application? How does it work?
Can I just walk into a store, like lets say Starbucks, and ask for a application?
