Can i just go to Washington sports clubs to workout?

i want to go to washington sports club because its by my house and i was wondering if i can go there just to work out alone and not join a club or class?
i want to go to Washington sports club because its by my house and i was wondering if i can go there just to work out alone and not join a club or class, im not sure if its only clubs or both clubs and working out alone
 
if its like any other gym you need to join to work out there. Thats how gyms make money. They dont just let people workout there free
