Can I just go to the embassy in albania and proclaim my depression so my husband

can come back to america asp? im a us citizen clinically depressed bc husband is deported. no company, no love, no money, no joy, mother whos an ex cancer patient needs me, i cannot move to Albania, feelings of suicide, contemplation of death over this pain. will they allow him back if i tell them my truth?
 
what do you think this is going to do?
you will probably be told to get medical help as the embassy is dealing with his overstay and not with you.this will not change the course of his behavior in the US.
he broke the law,so they will deal with him,
