Can I just buy Rogers Prepaid Text Add on?

Well I'm wanting to buy rogers prepaid but i don't need voice or anything just texting. And rogers has a Text 2,500 for 10 dollar add on for there prepaid so can I just spend just 10 dollars a month just to get this text add on ? Thanks
