Can I join the Sprint family plan?

Okay, so my parents and 3 sisters take up the family plan on sprint(5 people max) but I read that if you have good credit you can have up to ten lines. My parents are now deciding to get me my phone, but I would like to know some info about this credit thing, so Im wondering if any of you could put some detail about adding another line to the family plan
