Can I jailbreak my itouch?

My itouch is on 4.1 and is 2nd generation (mc model) how can I jailbreak it since my power button is jammed or how can I unjam the power button? Please help I have no problem with opening my itouch or downloading stuff but I'm trying to find a way to get around the gfi mode necessity required by green poison andlimera1n
