Can I install Windows mobile files with file extension .exe on Nokia symbian phones?

exe files are binaries meant to be run on windows operating system,and symbian is not capable of running them
i have tried every possible way to make it happen,but without success
i dont think there is any way,but if anyone knows,please share it
