Can i install Vista Business 32bit on a 64bit TOSHIBA laptop running Vista home

Premium 64bit? I have a copy of Vista Business 32bit and i want to replace my 64bit Vista home premium. The laptop is a 64bit system. Will i have any problems if i do this install since the O/S is 32bit and the CPU is 64bit.
