It should say yes or no on the install EULA. ATT will tell you if you phone them. I don't see why you shouldn't be able to use the one subscription on any computer you have- it costs enough.
Don't let them jerk you around about their rebate. It's their routine to stall and tell you you did something wrong or ask for the barcode you already mailed to them and even lie to you. Back up all your documents and use certified mail. I went through that and everybody else I know went through it too. Don't depend on e-mail.Get them on the phone and make them give clear answers, get names, times and dates. ATT is very tricky and tries to cheat everybody out of rebates.
