I need to get a new phone and my carrier is U.S cellular. I don't have enough money for a smartphone plan but I saw this phone and it does not require a monthly internet access plan. However, I have heard very opposite reviews on this phone from it being terrific, to it being the worst phone ever. Before I go to the store I thought I would ask for your opinions.
