can I have t-mobile service and still be able to get a verizon wireless phone?

for some reason I really want a LG enV® 2 in Black. I've had the same phone for 3 years ever since the 7th grade. it's all scratched up and the back part covering the battery is somewhat "broken"
 
Sorry Verizon Wireless cell phones work on a different network called CMDA Network. They do not use any sim cards on any of their cell phones.

T-Mobile uses GSM network which requires the use of sim cards on their cell phones.

Two different networks and so you will not be able to use a Verizon Cell phone on T-Mobile network.
