Sometime I get really hot for no reason, I told my Fiance that and he thought I was just messing around but then we were sitting in the house just talking and he put his hand on my back and he was saying how it felt like my blood was boiling and it does this I can be perfectly fine and then bam i'm instant hot where i'm sweating and standing inside the coolers at work even (and i know it's not because i'm running or rushed or horny or anything like that). are these hot flashes or something else? because I am bout to be 20 and I think thats too early for hot flashes
