me and my husband of 7 years recently had a argument which got out of hand, (not hitting more pushing and shoving) the police got involved and he was removed, this has happened before. maybe 3 other tines over the 7 years. the arguing is 50/50 we have 3 kids who no nothing about it. this time my husband was arrested and charger with assault and a one year injunction was places on him im, gutted as its mainly my fault and maybe we could have worked things out better (either stopping together or separating) without the injunction on him. i didn't request an injunction and want to know if threre's anyway to get it removed......please don't reply with nasty comments as you really couldn't make me feel any shittier than i already do. we just really miss each other and want to sort it out... id just like to add that my husband doesn't beat me or anything in-fact im the feisty one out of the two of us. this has just gon out of hand.
