Can i have an AT&T phone with the boost mobile plan?

ok so i have a boost mobile phone and my birthday is comming up and i wanted a new phone a good one not one of those gay plastic looking phones like i have now i want i guess a cool phone lmao. i was looking on the at&t website and saw the samsung solstic and was wondering if i could go buy that phone like at the freedom wireless place i got my boost phone at and switch phone like pay for the at&t phone but keep my 50 dollar a month plan? if i cant do that then i guess i will have to get the sanyo incognito which looks like a nice phone. so please help me out on this
